Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. You keep full access until the end of your paid billing period — no prorated refunds, no surprises.
Are there refunds?
We don't offer refunds — but you can cancel any time and keep using BanquetLabel until your period ends. If you have a billing issue, email us.
What happens after my free trial?
Your trial includes 2 menus or 7 days — whichever comes first. After that, existing labels stay accessible but you need a subscription to generate new ones. Subscribe monthly or annually to keep going.
Do you charge sales tax?
US customers in states where SaaS software is taxable will see tax added at checkout — Stripe Tax calculates this automatically. Most states (including Florida) do not tax SaaS, so you'll pay exactly $29 or $290 in those cases.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Plan switching is coming soon. For now, cancel your current plan and resubscribe on the plan you want — your data stays intact. The founding-customer discount locks in for life as long as your subscription remains active.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment processing goes through Stripe — a PCI-compliant payment platform. BanquetLabel never sees or stores your card number.
Is BanquetLabel available internationally?
BanquetLabel is currently available to customers in the United States only. International support is on the roadmap — sign up to be notified when your country is available.
How does the founding-customer discount work?
The first 500 customers on each plan get a permanent discount: 20% off monthly (use code LAUNCH500M) or $40 off per year (use code LAUNCH500). Apply the code at checkout — it locks in for life as long as your subscription stays active.
Which plan is better — monthly or annual?
Annual gives you 2 months free and means one expense report a year instead of twelve. If you're doing even a few events a month, annual pays for itself quickly. Monthly is great if you want to try the full product before committing.
