Yes. Cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. You keep full access until the end of your paid billing period — no prorated refunds, no surprises.

We don't offer refunds — but you can cancel any time and keep using BanquetLabel until your period ends. If you have a billing issue, email us.

Your trial includes 6 menus or 30 days — whichever comes first. After that, existing labels stay accessible but you need a subscription to generate new ones. Subscribe monthly or annually to keep going.

US customers in states where SaaS software is taxable will see tax added at checkout — Stripe Tax calculates this automatically. Most states (including Florida) do not tax SaaS, so you'll pay exactly $29 or $290 in those cases.

Yes. All payment processing goes through Stripe — a PCI-compliant payment platform. BanquetLabel never sees or stores your card number.

Annual gives you 2 months free and means one expense report a year instead of twelve. If you're doing even a few events a month, annual pays for itself quickly. Monthly is great if you want to try the full product before committing.
