From PDF to print-ready in seconds
Upload your event menu and BanquetLabel reads every dish, ready to print on one sheet.
Start on the Upload step and hand BanquetLabel the menu you already have — a BEO or event order as a PDF, photos of a printed menu, or text pasted straight out of an email. It reads the file and returns every station, dish name, and description as an editable list, so nothing gets retyped. Choose one of the six print formats — the four Avery®-compatible sheets, the half-page 5.5″×8.5″ card, or the full-page 8.5″×11″ station sign — and download a print-ready PDF sized to that sheet.
Built for every menu — pick a look or keep it plain
Cycle through theme presets or keep it minimal — your labels, your look.
On the Customize step the theme picker swaps the whole label set at once, across more than 40 designs covering Italian, Asian, tropical, seasonal, and holiday tables. Your dish text carries over as you cycle, so trying a look never means re-entering the menu. When the room calls for something neutral, the plain template drops the artwork and leaves clean type. Header, dish, and description type sizes stay adjustable whichever design you settle on.

Tag dietary needs, edit inline, and print sheets where every detail shows.
BanquetLabel proposes dietary tags from the dish names and descriptions it read, so a long buffet line arrives already marked up. The tags are a starting point rather than a verdict: each one can be accepted, changed, or removed before anything prints. The same editor handles the text itself — click a dish to fix a misread line, or merge, split, add, and delete items until the list matches what is going out on the line. What prints is what you approved.

Saved menus live in one library, so an event you labeled last month reopens with its dishes, tags, and design intact when the same booking comes around again. A Starter workspace holds up to 20 saved menus at a time, and you can move between them without losing your place in the one you were editing. Menus can be renamed or deleted from the same list. Reprinting a past event is a matter of opening it and downloading again.

When a design needs to go further than the built-in controls, download the plain template as a Canva®-Editable PDF. It arrives as a .zip, and every line of text stays its own editable element once the file is open in Canva® — there is no flattened image to trace over. Layout, color, and type are yours to redraw from there, while the dish text and label sizing stay exactly as BanquetLabel set them.
