Printing the labels is the easy part. Standing them up on a service line is where most people stall, because holder sizes are quoted for card stock and label sizes are quoted for sheets, and the two rarely use the same numbers. This is a plain size-to-holder guide: pick the format you printed, read across, and buy accordingly. Food label holders for buffet service come in a handful of shapes, and only a few of them fit any given label.
BanquetLabel does not sell holders, stands, frames, or easels, and there is no affiliate arrangement behind anything named here. The holder types below are generic categories you can source from any catering or office supplier. This page exists because it is the question that follows printing, not because there is hardware to sell you.

The two station-sign formats print on ordinary letter paper and carry no Avery® code — they are not Avery® products, so there is no template number to match a holder against. Go by the cut size instead.
One format skips the holder question entirely. The half-page station sign, 5.5" × 8.5", can be printed as a fold tent: the design is laid out around a centre crease, you fold on the score, and the card stands up on the table by itself. There is nothing to buy and nothing to store between events, which matters more than it sounds like it should when you are running back-to-back functions and the holders from the last one are still in a crate.
Two variants are available in the Customize step. A single fold prints the design once, so the tent reads from one side — the right choice against a wall or a chafer. A double fold prints it mirrored, so both faces carry the same label and the tent reads from either direction, which is what an island station or a double-sided buffet line needs.
This is the only BanquetLabel format that prints as a self-standing tent. The four Avery® formats and the full-page sign all print flat, so if you want those upright, the table above is the answer.
A wedge that holds the card at an angle, read from above. This is the chafer-line shape: guests approach a hot line looking down, and a card tilted back meets their eye instead of reflecting the overhead lights. Suits the landscape formats — Avery® 5388 and 8371.
A vertical frame on a small foot, read straight on from a step or two back. The shape for a dessert table, a beverage station, or anywhere the label carries more than a dish name. Suits the portrait formats — Avery® 95273 and 8387, and the half-page sign.
A floor or counter easel puts a letter-size sign at standing eye level, which a table holder cannot do. The right call for a station name a queue needs to read on approach rather than a dish label read at arm's length.
