BEOs, event orders, and menus as PDF, photos of a printed menu, or plain pasted text. The reader is forgiving — it handles formatting variation between properties.
Six. Four Avery®-compatible sheets — 5388 (5×3, 3 per sheet), 8371 (3.5×2, 10 per sheet), 8387 (4.25×5.5, 4 per sheet), and 95273 (3.5×5, 4 per sheet) — plus two plain-paper station formats: half-page 5.5″×8.5″ cards (2 per sheet) and full-page 8.5″×11″ signs (1 per sheet). We’re adding more based on what catering and event teams use most.
No. Pick a theme from the library and use the built in designer tools to modify. Once the labels are ready, download and print.
The PDF you upload is discarded right after we read it — only the generated menu text is saved to your account so you can edit and reprint your labels.
Yes. Every menu is stored to your account. Open it any time, edit the wording, reprint. Edits auto-save as you go.
BanquetLabel detects dietary tags two ways. It reads any tags written in your source menu — words like vegetarian or codes like (GF), (VG), (DF) — and it suggests additional tags by reading the dish name and description. You stay in control: every dietary tag can be confirmed, edited, or hidden before printing.
Tags read directly from your source menu are reproduced as written. Tags inferred from a dish name or description are a helpful starting point, not a substitute for kitchen verification.
Always confirm dietary and allergen information with your culinary team before serving. Recipes vary, ingredients change, and cross-contact in shared kitchens can affect allergens that are not visible on a menu. You are responsible for the accuracy of the labels you print.
BanquetLabel is a labeling tool, to help expedite and improve food label production. We are not a food safety system.
Catering teams, hotel banquet departments, and private event chefs who want polished buffet signage without spending an hour in Word® the morning of service. Whether your team calls them food labels, chafing dish labels, or just buffet cards — BanquetLabel makes all of them. Whether your team prints banquet labels for a wedding reception or banquet food labels for a corporate lunch, BanquetLabel handles both in the same workflow.
Yes. BanquetLabel is not restricted to catering companies, and the same three-step flow works for a private host: upload or paste your menu, pick a design, download a print-ready PDF. Weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and holiday parties all run through it the same way a banquet does.
